What is CrossFit
CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone.
In short CrossFit is described as constantly varied, functional movements, performed under high intensity. During a regular CrossFit class you will learn new skills and work on all the major strength components that will make you a well-rounded athlete.
What kind of movements can you expect during CrossFit classes?
We combine the below disciplines.
Gymnastics – pull-ups / push-ups / handstands / rope climbs and much more, being able to control your body Control your body with precision.
Weightlifting – clean and jerk/ snatch/ deadlift and many more. Anything that has to do with moving heavy loads, long distances, fast.
Conditioning – running / cycling / rowing and all other activities that will work your heart and lungs.
Now take all the above and combine it into a workout, that’s what CrossFit is! It never gets boring due to the wide variation of movements and intensity, and with our specialist team of coaches, you will be able to safely learn new skills and get stronger on a daily basis.

All the movements can be scaled. – Scaling is essential to make sure the workout is right for you. Our coaches will help you choose your weight for lifting, make sure you move properly and support and push you throughout your workout to make sure you get the most out of your session.
Progress and motivation are the keys to success. It’s important to know why you are training and to see if you are on the right track. At CrossFit RTM we use test weeks and benchmark workouts to show you your progress and motivate you to keep training.
